Anti Spam plugin allows to recognize potential spammers and mark them as "potential spammers". These profiles are not active until they are moderated by admin.
Once potential spammer joins, admin receives email, saying a potential spammer has joined, and email shows which criteria was violated during join process: username with numbers, not allowed keywords, numbers in email, etc.
